Corn Bread Stuffing


12 Slices Pipridge Farm White Bread
3 Eggs Beaten
2tbls Chopped Fresh Sage
1/2 Jeffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 lg Yellow Onion
2 tbls Olive Oil
3 Stalks Finely Chopped Celery
1/4 Green Pepper
1 Glove Garlic
Salt and Pepper


Melba the bread. Put in large bowl with cold water and then drain in a collinder. After draining place in bowl and mix in 3 beaten eggs, salt, pepper, sage and corn muffin mix..

Saute onions slowly in Olive Oil. When brown, add garlic, celery and green pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Add bread mixture and mix with spoon. Cook about 10 minutes. Pour stuffing mixture into well greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
